Who are our caving trips in the Jura aimed at?
Caving expeditions in the Jura take place right in the heart of the Haut-Jura Regional Nature Park. They are suitable for both beginners and experienced cavers. Indeed, the caves of La Pontoise, Coinans, Les Forges and the Gouffre du Haut-Crêt offer a variety of routes, making them ideal for discovering caving with family or friends. What’s more, some caves are accessible to children aged 6 and over!

What to bring
For your caving activities, you will need to bring some basic personal equipment:
- Sports shoes: trainers, hiking boots or wellies – available for hire.
- Water bottle: 1 litre per person, or more in hot weather.
- Picnic: for day trips only.
- Clothes: a cheap sweatshirt and tracksuit + a change of clothes.
- Waterproof camera or GoPro
Please note: Water shoes, Crocs and flip-flops are not permitted.
